As per the Government policy enrolling all the employees under PF is mandatory. As many of the employees are not interested, most of the educational institutions are paying the employees’ contributions by themselves. At the same time, claiming back by the employees are also very thin in number.

We are on the process of collecting the data, pertaining to the PF and soon will take a legal remedy to stop and pay the PF like how currently we have filed a review petition for collecting ESI by the Government, as that case is pending under 9 members constitutional bench.

We are also on the process of get back the permanent recognition for 10 years extra.
